How we handle the work
Connectivity projects fail when the carrier, firewall, switching and application teams each see only their piece. We document the end-to-end path and assign ownership before the cutover.
We also leave the customer with the information needed to understand the network. That can include diagrams, addressing, VLANs, important dependencies, configuration backups and operating notes, depending on the platform and engagement.
