When clients bring us in
- Staff are already using public AI tools without a policy

- Teams spend too much time copying information between systems
- An internal knowledge base is difficult to search
- A customer-facing or internal workflow could benefit from an assistant or agent
How we handle the work
We do not start by forcing AI into a process. First we ask what the work is, what data it touches, what errors would cost, and where a human still needs to approve the result. Sometimes the right answer is AI; sometimes a normal automation is safer and cheaper.
The workflow, integrations, permissions and approval points are documented. Customer data and business rules remain under customer control, and sensitive actions can require human approval.
