How we handle the work
We treat cameras, access control, intercoms and sensors as connected systems. Coverage or door requirements come first, then we design the network, storage, credentials and administration around them.
What you receive
We document devices, network placement, administrator access, retention or credential rules, integrations and the routine SOPs needed after handoff.
Security responsibilities are documented. The customer should know what is monitored, which actions Orbiwest can take, which actions require approval, and how to access the relevant reporting and tools.
