How we handle the work
We separate retention, archiving and backup because they solve different problems. The right design starts with what must be recoverable, for how long, and how quickly.
The customer remains the owner of its tenant, domains and data. We document the migration and administration model so authorized customer staff can manage, audit or transition the environment without depending on undocumented knowledge.
