How we handle the work

We are careful about the difference between installing a security product and operating a response process. If 24/7 monitoring is required, it is delivered through an appropriate MDR/SOC platform or partner and documented in the service scope.

Security responsibilities are documented. The customer should know what is monitored, which actions Orbiwest can take, which actions require approval, and how to access the relevant reporting and tools.
