What this usually includes
What we can take on
- Remote troubleshooting for Windows, Microsoft 365, common business applications and peripherals
- On-site support when a problem cannot be solved remotely
- User account, access and MFA assistance
- Printer, scanner and shared-device troubleshooting
- New-user setup, workstation staging and device replacement
- Vendor escalation when the root cause sits with an ISP, application or hardware provider
When clients bring us in
- Your staff does not know who owns a recurring problem
- Internal IT needs overflow or on-site hands
- Remote support is taking too long because nobody knows the environment
- User onboarding and device changes are inconsistent
How we handle the work
We try to solve the immediate issue without losing the bigger picture. If the same problem keeps returning, we look for the underlying account, endpoint, network, policy or vendor issue instead of treating every ticket as unrelated.
We do not intentionally create lock in by withholding routine knowledge, credentials or documentation. Customers receive the access and SOPs appropriate to the environment and the agreed support model.
