How we keep the change under control
Infrastructure changes are planned with both production and recovery in view. We confirm dependencies, capacity, backup coverage and the order systems would need to return after a failure.
We document the systems, dependencies and recovery information that matter. Authorized customer administrators retain the agreed access so the environment can be operated or transitioned without being rediscovered.
