How we handle the work
We document topology, addressing, dependencies and change risk before touching production. Important changes get a validation plan and a rollback path so troubleshooting does not become guesswork.
We also leave the customer with the information needed to understand the network. That can include diagrams, addressing, VLANs, important dependencies, configuration backups and operating notes, depending on the platform and engagement.
